The Duncans have employed Hawes Building Solutions on several occasions to continue with the overall redevelopment of their property.
The project was broken into manageable stages in order to minimize interruption to their living space and assist with cost planning.
Stage one involved the conversion of an existing garage into an office/bedroom and ensuite, refurbishment of the bathroom and installation of a new kitchen. Stage two was a new garage and driveway and stage three was installation of new aluminium joinery and construction of a new large deck and seating area.
Each stage was discussed with the Duncans and the design agreed. Prior to commencing a detailed quote was prepared to ensure we were working to the required budget constraints. Throughout the project communication was maintained on a daily basis. Changes were often discussed and agreed, with Hawes Building Solutions regularly providing innovative solutions to design issues.
All stages have been completed efficiently and to a high standard and we look forward to being of further assistance in the future.
