At Hawes Building Solutions Limited, we believe that our relationship with the client is the most important factor in achieving a successful project.
Our company vision is to provide an honest, reliable and high quality service to our customers in order to form an ongoing and mutually beneficial relationship in the future.
From excellent communication, a team approach and a genuine personal and caring attitude to our projects, you will be impressed with the professionalism and final results achieved by Hawes Building Solutions Ltd.
All our staff share in the above vision and look forward to taking on the next challenge with the goal of always exceeding the customers' expectations.
Hawes Building Solutions believes it is essential to ensure quality skilled carpenters enter the building industry and are keen to take on apprentices. The company currently has 4 apprentices who benefit from a wide range of construction projects providing the opportunity to hone skills on new buildings and refurbishments of both commercial and residential buildings. The experience the apprentices gain from leaky building remediation projects is invaluable as they uncover poor design components and in some cases bad trade practice in construction methods that were used in the past.
Hawes Building Solutions encourages and supports the NZ Carpentry Apprenticeship Challenge. In 2015 Reinn Duxfield and Luke Dickinson represented the company in the BOP Regional Carpentry Apprenticeship Challenge. Both did extremely well with Reinn coming third and Luke winning the competition. Luke went on to represent the company in the final held during the Certified Builders Conference in May in Christchurch.

Something that sets Hawes Building Solutions Ltd apart that is embedded in our mission statement is building a strong team spirit amongst workers and management staff. One way we achieve this is with a high level of mutual respect but also through an active social club where the team gets a chance to have fun.
