Hawes Building Solutions Limited is a medium sized, proactive family building company based in the Bay of Plenty region, established in 2000 by Mark Hawes.
Our company's focus is to provide an excellent service to clients who require our construction and project management skills for residential and commercial construction work.
The principals of the company are Company Directors Mark and Anthony Hawes. Mark is a qualified carpenter with 26 years served in the building industry and is the overall Construction Manager. Anthony is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 28 years' experience in his field and is the company's Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
In addition to Mark and Anthony, Hawes Building Solutions Ltd currently has 14 other full time staff, including site managers, tradesmen, apprentices etc. We also have a pool of skilled and committed contracting carpenters we can call upon as required.
We are members of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand and Mark Hawes has been a Carpentry and Site 2 Licensed Building Practitioner since 2008. All of our site managers are also Licensed Building Practitioners.
In addition to building off plans prepared by your own architect or designer, we have the option of offering design build services with our in-house registered architect. We are always looking to expand our client base and we would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss how we could be of service to you.
